Everyday you, me and everyone around us are having our thoughts control the way that we feel. We have a thought about a specific situation past, present or future and this will dictate the emotions that we currently are feeling.
This week we are going to move from our head to our heart as we are following the life's operating system. Emotions are the information that is used to determine our thoughts. If you are feeling good, then you are thinking about something you like, if you are in a mad, frustrated, sad emotion well then your on a negative thought frequency and it is time to get off.
